Can we paddle anywhere?
In the UK, you need a license to paddle in most of
the waterways, rivers, lakes, etc.
BCU membership (Canoe
England, Canoe
Wales, Scotland Canoe Association and the Canoe Association
of Northern Ireland) includes a license to paddle
on 5000km of Britain's waterways and canals.
Not all inland water is open to canoeists, some are
privately owned or is bounded by land which is private,
so do check beforehand. See Useful

Folding
Dinghies (Used)
We have
a limited selection of used folding dinghies in varying conditions.
Detailed photos available on request. Spare parts and accessories
for most of the recent boats are still easily obtainable. Accessories
for older model kayaks can be custom made on request and spares can
be sourced.

Complete with frame and skin. Skin and frame is in good condition, Originally set up as a motor boat

Used dinghies for sale - pre 1970 models
Klepper Master dinghy #1 - Ref 008SB-EB
Frame with no skin. Replacement skin will be made to order. Photos below is of some samples of replacement skins. Klepper Masters can be configured to be a row boat with oar locks (back rests can be switched around accordingly), a sail boat with a main sail, lee boards, and rudder, or as a motor boat. Good used spare frame parts are still obtainable even though production ceased in the '70's.
Current condition (Any issues can be repaired / rectified by ourselves if required):-
Notes on frame - Excellent condition. Rubber pole seats needs replacing. Only one back rest available for front seat.
Notes on skin - No original skin. Replacement skin custom made to order / on request
Steering system -
None included. Can be supplied on request as separate purchase (original steering wheel is very rare). An 15HP outboard can be used and instead be be steered from the back. Sail rigs and rudder can be supplied
Spray deck cover - N/A
Carry bags -
None. New robust canvas bags can be supplied. Set of 4 bags
Price - Basic replacement skin with frame as is +/-£1900.00. Excludes oar locks and oars, sail and motor systems / accessories, cushions etc

Photos are of Klepper Masters with new replacement skins previously made for clients. The frames in these refurbished boat photos is not the one for this Klepper Master #1 (008SB-EB). Photos this 008SB-EB frame set is the last two photos.

Klepper Master dinghy #2 - Ref 009SB-NL
Frame with no skin. Replacement skin will be made to order. Photos below is of this Klepper Master but unfortunately the canvas / hull seams is rotten so a new replacement skin is required. Klepper Masters can be configured to be a row boat with oar locks (back rests can be switched around accordingly), a sail boat with a main saila and jib, lee boards, and rudder, or as a motor boat. Good used spare frame parts are still obtainable even though production of this boat ceased in the '70's.
Current condition (Any issues can be repaired / rectified by ourselves if required):-
Notes on frame - Fair condition. Rubber pole seats needs replacing. Frame pieces could do with clean up and re-varnish
Notes on skin - No original skin. Replacement skin made to order / on request

This boat comes included with 2 backrests - only one has been assembled and is positioned for rowing. The back rests can be turned around for seats to be forward facing. The red front washboard is included - not fitted. More photos of the frame pieces is available on request
